Welcome back friends, new and old! I couldn’t be more excited to be back blogging on here full time.
For those who don’t know me, my name is Sydney and I am the creative mind behind Trotting On. Sharing my horse life with y’all has always been super enjoyable, so this venture has been the perfect outlet for me to supplement what I share on Instagram. If I’m not at the barn with my horses, you can find me ringside, supporting my friends, at horse shows across the East Coast.
When I started blogging, I wanted a more in-depth and personal way to share my horse life with my followers. You may know Trotting On by it’s former name, The Preppy Equestrian. After my year long hiatus and a lot of change in my life, I decided a revamp was in order. TPE helped me make so many fun connections, create helpful content, and build a platform for equestrians, by equestrians. While TPE had great success, I felt Trotting On better fits the direction I want to take the blog.
From now on, experience-based content is going to be majority of what you’ll find here. I’ll be speaking with professionals throughout the horse industry and reflecting on my own experiences to create content that is relatable and relevant to everybody. Trotting On is for any equestrian, the people with a love for horses and the lifestyle that comes along with them. Check out some of our past posts on the Blog tab!
